The City of Gallup, New Mexico has determined that the Software Licensing for Customer Systems is unique and is a specialized service that only one vendor can provide. 

 A description of the required function that substantiates the sole source determination is as follows:

 1.)           See ClickFix, Inc. software is an integrated platform with CivicPlus whereas CiviciPlus therefore holds proprietary rights of.  City of Gallup current website based platform is with CivicPlus.

2.)            Licensing with See ClickFix has added value with shared integrated offerings of products, shared goals and Customer Support between software with See ClickFix and CivicPlus.

3.)            It is more cost effective to use the combination of both whereas licensing and setup of See ClickFix is compatible with current website based software.  Creating an additional lone-standing website for service would be more costly and would not make sense.
