The City of Gallup is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for qualified professional housing consulting services (“Housing Consulting Services”) to conduct a Comprehensive Housing Market Analysis to assess housing demand, supply, preferences and gaps and the types of housing needed in the City of Gallup for the different demographic segments of the population. Based on this Comprehensive Housing Market Analysis, data collection will primarily involve desktop research and mail out and online surveys but will also include interviews or focus group(s) discussion with City staff, Gallup Executive Directors Alliance (GEDA) members, and key stakeholders. The successful Offeror’s Comprehensive Market Analysis recommendations are expected to take into account availability of land and public resources, City Code requirements, and the City’s Growth Master Plan
