To Whom It May Concern;
The City of Gallup, New Mexico is requesting a sealed proposal from your company for an emergency construction project; Eilson Drive to S.F. Pump Transmission Water Main until the hour of 2:00 p.m., local time, October 11, 2015 at the office of the Procurement Manager at City Hall, 110 West Aztec Avenue, Gallup, New Mexico. Bids will be opened, read and tabulated at that time. No bids will be received or considered if received after the time stated above.
This project will consist of installing approximately 3,200 feet of 12 inch C-900-07 DR18 PVC waterline, including the installation of three (3) 12 inch gate valves, two (2) fire hydrant assemblies, one (1) air release station, and two (2) tie-ins to existing 10 inch A.C. waterline. Existing surfacing removal and replacement with 6 inch thick 1 inch minus base course, implementing, and maintaining a traffic control and the hiring of an independent laboratory will be required as part of the project. The project is located in Gallup, NM between Puerco River and BNSF Railway new Hwy 602 overpass.
