On Saturday 9/29/2018 the Gallup Fire Department participated in the 6^th Annual Preparedness & Public Safety Day held at the Rio West Mall. The Fire department displayed the Tower Truck which displayed our American Flag. Citizens of Gallup and the surrounding area were offered an opportunity and interact with responders from the Gallup Fire Department and McKinley County Fire Departments. The Gallup Fire Safety Trailer was also on site to provide an interactive fire extinguisher and kitchen safety presentation. Information on Kitchen Fire Safety, Fire Extinguisher Safety and Use were handed out. The Gallup Fire Department always looks forward to meeting and interacting with our citizens and visitors and sharing fire safety messages.
