On Saturday 8/1/2017 the Gallup Fire Department participated in the National Nights out held at the Rio West Mall. The Fire department displayed the Tower 2, Fire Engine, Fire Truck, and Rescue Truck for the Citizens of Gallup and the surrounding area see and interact with their responders. The Fire Safety Trailer was also on site to provide an interactive fire extinguisher and kitchen safety presentation.  Information on Kitchen Fire Safety, Fire Extinguisher Safety and Use, Emergency Bug Out Bags, and Home Preparedness was handed out. The Gallup Fire Department always looks forward to meeting and interacting with our citizens and visitors and sharing fire safety messages.
