Residential Solid Waste customers in good standing and within the City of Gallup corporate limits are allowed one open truck pick-up per service account per calendar year at no charge during the month of October 2012. Free service will be limited to branches, weeds, yard clippings and/or normal residential refuse, provided that such debris and/or refuse is properly bagged and/or piled in a location and manner making it readily accessible. Fees will apply to remove items such as dirt, rock, concrete rubble, roofing materials, auto parts, furniture, appliances and construction/demolition debris.
