City Councilor Fran Palochak

Fran Palochak was born and raised in Gallup. She is a graduate of Gallup High School, a U.S. Navy Vietnam Era veteran, and holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration. She retired from the 11^th Judicial District Court after 25 years of service as Clerk of Court and Deputy Court Executive Officer. She has been married for 34 years and has three children and three grandchildren. Fran is a music minister in church, active in her parish, and has worked tirelessly on local and state domestic violence issues throughout her life.

Objectives

• Reestablish neighborhood associations/watches
• Replace aging infrastructure to improve quality of life
• Support economic development
• Work with others to establish an Indian Center in Gallup
