2023 Open Enrollment (City of Gallup Employees Only)

Open Enrollment is here! The City of Gallup has opened a limited Open Enrollment period from August 1 to August 31, allowing you to make certain changes to your benefits. Completed forms must be turned in by 5 p.m. on Thursday, August 31, 2023, in one of three ways: 

  1. via HR inbox at the Clerk's office
  2. email to Annie Davis at ADavis@GallupNM.gov or Marcus Largo at MLargo@GallupNM.gov.
  3. mail to the Human Resources Department 110 West Aztec Avenue, Gallup, NM 87301

 Please don't miss this opportunity if you:

  • Want to enroll in the group health, dental, vision, or life plan
    **Life Insurance is available for new employees during this enrollment period. 
  • Would like to explore benefit coverage options 
  • Want to know more about the Cafeteria Plan Healthcare Reimbursement
  • Want to make changes to existing coverage
  • Want to add/remove dependents to/from existing coverage
  • Have questions on existing plans, or are in need of any general information.

Reminders

  • All Open Enrollment changes are due by 5:00 PM on Thursday, August 31, 2023
