A complaint must be filed within 30 days after the alleged unlawful discriminatory practice based on race or retaliation. To file the complaint, the individual must make a written statement regarding the alleged discrimination. The complaint must contain the name, address and telephone number of the individual initiating the complaint. It is important that the complainant explain what the person would like to result from the resolution of the complaint.
