Customer Care Counter at City Hall

You can obtain assistance with your utility needs by visiting our City Hall location. Here you can meet with a customer service representative to start or discontinue services, pay your bill, make changes to your services or account, obtain account printouts and much more!


We are open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 9 am to 5 pm Wednesdays. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Dial 8-1-1 for New Mexico utility location services. You are required by law to call before you dig; if you damage or destroy underground utilities, you could be injured or killed, or you may be held financially responsible for the cost of repairs.
