Whether you are a new or current resident, the Customer Care Division stands ready to assist you with your utility needs. Please don't hesitate to contact us at (505) 863-1201 or via email.

Customer Care Counter at City Hall
You can obtain assistance with your utility needs by visiting our City Hall location. Here you can meet with a customer service representative to start or discontinue services, pay your bill, make changes to your services or account, obtain account printouts and much more!

We are open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 9 am to 5 pm Wednesdays. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Report Service Outages or Utility Emergencies
To report a utility service disruption, downed power lines or other utility emergencies, please contact us at:

  • During Business Hours (Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm)

Report Sewage Odors
To report a sewage odor, please call the hotline at (505) 726-2440.

Utility Location Service
Dial 8-1-1 for New Mexico utility location services. You are required by law to call before you dig; if you damage or destroy underground utilities, you could be injured or killed, or you may be held financially responsible for the cost of repairs.

The Customer Care Division is operated by the Finance Department.
