If you have tried to pay your utility bill online and are getting a WebKnight Application Firewall Alert error, click on the "Additional Info" button for detailed instructions on how to clear the error.
We recently upgraded our software to allow Automatic Payments. In doing so, your PC has saved web page information in either the cache or in cookies. Once you remove these and close and re-open your browser, you should be able to use the payment system without any further issues.
